    A Just tap ether one of the earbuds once, the left one or right one. It should pause it.

    A As I understand it, the earbuds themselves are black and the colors refer to the LED.

  6. Q How do I pair them with my iPhone
    A I just turn Bluetooth on in my phone, take the earbuds out of the case and insert in my ears, then go back to iPhone and look to see that the earbuds appear in your Bluetooth list. If they haven’t been automatically synced, just click on the earbuds’ name in your phones list of available BT devices. Should connect. If you have other BT devices on, the earbuds may pair with another device first and then they won’t pair with your phone until you disconnect them from whatever they paired with.
  7. Q It looks like you can charge the case/buds from an iPhone, but the info isn't clear. If so, what cable is needed?
    A The device comes with a USB cable. All you need to provide is either an adaptor or connect the USB to your computerNot sure what you meant by mentioning IPHONEHope the above helps

    A Hi! I’ve been talking for almost 2 hours and it still has enough charge. I sent one to my daughter and she loves them also. I recommend them.

    A I just received the Item about 1 week ago and have not had to charge them. I've used them for about 1.5 hrs daily for the drive to and from work they are still marking around 80% charged. I've had other ear buds that we're simular in design and they voice prompted me when it was time to recharge.

  18. Q Can these double as ear protection? I do woodworking, but want to listen to music while I do it.
    A As a professional using power equipment I would not say that these would be an adequate form of hearing PPE(Personal Protective Equipment). Though I too like to listen to music and audiobooks while working....If I were to come across OSHA while operating machinery or equipment on duty, I would be in some trouble.
  19. Q is this compatible with the iPhone 8 Plus?
    A It works with anything phine or device that has Bluetooth. I've tried it on my android and my computer, but it should work with the iPhone as well.
  20. Q how do I fix the other side have no sound?
    A I had an issue with one of mine turning off, so I put it back in the case & it reset it. Hopefully that will help. If not, I have no clue. I've only used them a couple of times, so don't know much about them yet

    A I dunno, I can't see them.....seriously, I don't think so. I believe they go off after a few minutes.
  26. Q Why can you only charge 23 times?
    A Once you charge the base and disconnect it from the power source it will hold enough power to charge the ear buds 23 times. You take the base with you so that when the buds get low on power you simply put them back in the case and they recharge for the case charge. The base can be recharged for a great many times. It's a good set....relax. You'll love them. They can be touchy unless you seat them good and don't have to keep touching them because they respond to 'touch'.

    A Just barely touch it and it will click off. Stops working after about 2 hour of listening. Nobody can hear me when using them. Sound is great to but after 3 days of using they won't play...was really excited for them, now.....Nope! Waste of my $! Charge is very poor, it will say that it's charged 100%, then within a hour or sometime 2 no Service. You ask for my opinion, so there it is..

  44. Q How is the phone sound quality
    A After testing, the microphone is in the right ear bud only. With the earbuds in my ear, people on the other end of the phone call could hear me clearly, but with slightly less volume than when I talked into my phone without the buds connected. Listening to a phone call through the buds, sound quality is great - same quality as listening through phone.
